Can I collect the same day?
Yes — order online and collect from our Glasgow trade counter, often the same day for stocked lines.
Can I buy without VAT?
Trade pricing is displayed ex VAT across the site, so you always see the numbers you quote with. VAT is then applied at checkout in line with HMRC rules, and VAT invoices are provided for every order.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we deliver daily throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas, with nationwide delivery available on selected products, including manufacturer-direct shipping where available.
How are my prices calculated?

Can I order full pallets?
Yes — pallet and mixed-pallet quantities are available with dedicated bulk pricing. Use the bulk quote option on any product or contact the trade team.
Can I order direct truck quantities?
Yes. For large commercial projects, housing developments or retail chains we can arrange container and truckload quantities delivered direct from the manufacturer.
